Anadee Aussies - Toy Australian Shepherd (Toy Aussie) and Miniature Australian Shepherd (Mini Aussie) are the most loving, loyal dogs around!  They make wonderful companions who are loving, lovable, obedient & eager to please.

Check out our References 2008 pages to see what our customers have to say about their Anadee Toy or Mini Aussie.

The food we feed our dogs is made from human grade ingredients and was not affected by the 2007 dog food recalls.  We feel our best friends are definitely worth the higher cost of the quality food!!

The foods we use and highly recommend websites are - www.canidae.com, www.naturesvariety.com and www.artemiscompany.com.  These foods use human grade ingredients and are less likely to have problems.

Please remember to add our website www.anadee.com to your Favorites list!  If your web browser shows our old website address you will need to go directly to our new website by typing in www.anadee.com before adding it or it will still point to our old website address which will eventually go away.

*** If you are in the Virginia, Maryland or Washington, DC area, we frequently make trips to MD via I-95N.  We could easily bring a puppy with us and meet you. ***

Puppy Love Poem

You can't buy loyalty, they say,
I bought it though, the other day.
You can't buy friendship, tried and true,
But just the same, I bought that too.

I made my bid, and on the spot,
Bought love and faith and a whole job lot
Of happiness, so all in all,
The purchase price was pretty small.

I bought a single trusting heart,
That gave devotion from the start.
If you think these things are not for sale,
Buy a brown-eyed puppy with a wagging tail.

If I Didn't Have Dogs

I could walk around the yard barefoot in safety.

My house could be carpeted instead of tiled and laminated.

All flat surfaces, clothing, furniture, and cars would be free of hair.

When the doorbell rings, it wouldn't sound like a kennel.

I could sit on the couch and my bed the way I wanted, without taking into consideration how much space several fur bodies would need to get comfortable.

I would not have strange presents under my Christmas tree -- dog bones, stuffed animals, toys, treats nor would I have to explain to people why I wrap them.

I would have money .... and no guilt to go on a real vacation.

I would not be on a first-name basis with 4 veterinarians, as I put their yet unborn grand kids through college.

The most used words in my vocabulary would not be: out, sit, down, come, no, stay, and leave him/her/it ALONE.

My house would not be cordoned off into zones with baby gates or barriers.

My house would not look like a day care center, toys everywhere.

My pockets would not contain things like poop bags, treats and an extra leash.

I would no longer have to Spell the words B-A-L-L-,

 F-R-I-S-B-E- E, W-A-L-K, T-R-E-A-T, B-I-K-E OR C-A-R.

I would not have as many leaves INSIDE my house as outside.

I would not look strangely at people who think having ONE dog/cat ties them down too much.

I'd look forward to spring and the rainy season instead of dreading mud season.

I would not have to answer the question "Why do you have so many animals?" from people who do not have the joy in their lives of knowing they are loved unconditionally by someone as close to an angel as they will ever get.

If I didn't have dogs................How empty my life would be.
